Data we collect

• Email address: for account creation and management.
• Username: optional, to personalise the experience.
• Location coordinates: optional, to configure the concert notification radius.
• Favorites: concerts, festivals, artists and works saved by the user.
• Profile picture: optional, voluntarily uploaded.

We do not collect payment data or special category data.

Purpose and legal basis

• Service provision (contract performance, Art. 6.1.b GDPR): account management, authentication and app features.
• Service improvement (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR): anonymous usage analysis via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no personal identification).

Data processors

• Supabase Inc. (USA) — database and authentication. Transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — application hosting. Transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Data will be retained for as long as the user maintains an active account. After deletion, data will be erased within a maximum of 30 days.

User rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing info@eslapp.es. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
