Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Looking Op., a progressive web application (PWA) operated by eSLAPP Editorial (Bernat Cucarella Sifre). Use of the application implies acceptance of these terms.

Service description

Looking Op. is a directory of contemporary music festivals and concerts. The service allows users to browse information about events, artists and works, and save favorites with a user account. The application is free and does not conduct commercial transactions of its own.

User account

• Registration is voluntary and free.
• The user must provide a valid email address.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
• eSLAPP Editorial reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Acceptable use

The user agrees not to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Take actions that could damage, overload or impair the service.
• Reproduce or distribute application content without authorisation.

Accuracy of information

Information about concerts and festivals is published for informational purposes. eSLAPP Editorial does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness and recommends verifying data from the official sources of each event.

Service modifications

eSLAPP Editorial reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Looking Op. at any time without incurring any liability to the user.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence, or to those of Valencia for users outside Spain.
