Plural Ensemble. En clave de Falla

Marking the 150th anniversary of Manuel de Falla, Plural Ensemble —conducted by Fabián Panisello with harpsichordist Mahan Esfahani as soloist— presents a programme built around Falla's Concerto per clavicembalo. Boccherini's celebrated evocation of eighteenth-century Madrid is interwoven with works by Jesús Villa-Rojo and José María Sánchez-Verdú, alongside the world premiere of Con certo in certo by Seville-born Alberto Carretero, a Festival commission in direct dialogue with Falla.
