Coro Gulbenkian. Paradiso

The Gulbenkian Choir, conducted by its principal conductor Martina Batič, presents a programme placing contemporary choral creation in dialogue with the great polyphony of the Renaissance. The concert centres on Paradiso by Alfredo Aracil, a large-scale work conceived as a sonic and spiritual reflection on Dante's Comedy, of which the first two notebooks (1991 and 2004) are performed alongside a third given its world premiere, commissioned by the Granada Festival.
